
Amotech 31 日宣布,已敲定本次增资新股最终发行价:采用股东优先配售、剩余未认购股份公开募集模式,新股共计 237 万股,普通股每股发行价 8700 韩元,据此确定总募资规模为 206 亿韩元。

Amotech计划将本次募集资金投入 AI 数据中心用 MLCC 增产扩产投资,以及电机新产品开发等项目。
Amotech规划通过为期三年的设备投资搭建高附加值 MLCC 产线;扩充电源完整性(PI)线路 MLCC、信号完整性(SI)线路 MLCC 生产线,以此创造新增营收。
同时,企业将拓展车载电子与储能系统(ESS)业务板块。开发全新电机产品矩阵,匹配全球大型企业需求;同步研发车载弹出式显示屏驱动电机、储能系统用中大型散热风扇模组。
此前,Amotech宣布开始全面量产AI数据中心用高性能MLCC,正式进入AI数据中心市场,计划从今年下半年开始向美国全球光通信企业正式供应宽带MLCC,并预计明年还将追加供应单价更高的超宽带MLCC产品。
