In recent years, a large number of kilns of this specification have been purchased by the head enterprises of the international semiconductor ceramic material manufacturing. 14立方扩大型高温自控大气烧结炉 14m³ high temperature gas firing shuttle kiln 用于氧化铝、氧化锆等精密陶瓷的批量生产。该规格窑炉在有效容积11立方窑炉基础上进行了扩容及部分软硬件技术升级，可用于大于2米精密陶瓷制品烧成，同时产能较标准型窑炉提升了50%。 It is used for mass production of precision ceramics such as alumina and zirconia.
