Denso公司（株式会社电装Denso Corporation是世界汽车零部件及系统的顶级供应商）从OnFlex和Poly-One/GLS两家TPE商家中，选择了OnFlex的TPE用于采暖、通风和空调（HVAC）系统。
在最初，日本的汽车零部件供应商都是使用TPV的，而他们也一直在寻求一个更好的方案，能够提高系统的整体性能，同时还能减少成本。而TPE达到了这样的效果，使用它不仅不需要预干燥材料，同时还通过缩短周期时间和减少废料，使生产效率提高了5％，这样，就降低了整个系统的成本。

Denso Corporation has selected OnFlex TPEs from Poly-One/GLS for use in a heating,ventilation, and air conditioning(HVAC) system.
The Japanese automotive supplier originally used a TPV and was seeking an alternative that would enhance the overall performance of the system including a reduction of costs. The TPE solution reduced total system cost by eliminating the need to pre-dry the material as well as providing more than a 5 % improvement in processing efficiencies via shortened cycle times and scrap reductions.
